Be sure to include your name, return shipping address (please no P.O. Boxes), telephone number and brief reason why it is being returned for repair. Since we will take a look at all the units returned for repair, no RMA's are required. If your unit is out of warranty (see policy below) we will charge a modest fee (generally mid-$20's but no more than $35/unit) to repair the unit. Unless advised differently by the customer, we will not repair the unit if the charges would be more than $35.
Our warranty policy is as follows: 3. Warranty: Where warranties are made for specific Products, the terms of those warranties shall apply. For all other products, Seller warrants only that a Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when products are installed and operated in accordance with factory recommendations and instructions for a one (1) year period from date of invoice. This warranty specifically excludes damages or wear to Products caused by misuse, abrasion, corrosion, negligence, accidents or faulty installation. Any warranty claims must be made in writing with in the warranty period.
The sole liability of Seller and the exclusive remedy of the Buyer arising out of the supply or use of a Product, whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise shall be the modification, adjustment, repair or replacement of the goods, or refund of the purchase price.
