Note: We reserve the right to restrict the sale of the SCA receivers. We will sell only to broadcast stations and "authorized" end users such as the Reading Service for the Blind (usually a Government agency, Muzak dealers, and other companies or institutions running an SCA service).

Payment Methods
U.S.A.: Prepayment via company check, money order, cashiers check, credit card (VISA or MasterCard), or bank wire transfer; C.O.D.; or approved credit to qualified institutions or companies. No personal checks are accepted for new accounts.
Foreign: Orders must be prepaid before shipping via bank check payable in U.S. ($) dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank, or via bank wire transfer in U.S. ($) dollars.
C.O.D orders (U.S.A. orders only): All C.O.D. orders are shipped via UPS. Payment must be a company check, money order or cashiers check. No personal checks or cash will be accepted.
Open Accounts: Credit can be extended to qualified institutions and companies. Contact us to receive a credit application or print the application from this site. State and federal government institutions and agencies can submit written formal purchase orders for immediate acceptance (terms are Net 30 days). Written purchase orders are required for all open accounts.
Deposits: Some orders may require a deposit.
Florida Customers: Orders delivered within the State of Florida require us to collect Florida sales tax unless we have a resale certificate on file. Please add 7.0% sales tax to your order.
Shipping Information
All orders are FOB, Sarasota, Florida. Customer is responsible for all shipping related charges, including but not limited to import/export fees, duties, etc.
U.S.A: Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via UPS. If requested, we can make arrangements to ship orders via FedEx, DHL, or U.S. mail.
For prepaid orders via UPS:
(USA mainland orders only),
Add $8.00 for 1 unit orders,
and
Add $3.75 for each additional unit.
Foreign: We will ship your order per your instructions and will assist you in any way we can. We have arrangements with the following carriers: UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
